Yet again a bicycle helmet I did for my brother in law, who races in an amateur class for a sponsor who's name is on the helmet.

My very first attempt on painting on motorcycle parts. Something I would like to do a lot more of in the future.

First attempt in using a homemade stencil. The artwork was done on regular paper, hence the poor coverage :D

Sorry, no, I didn't get any pictures after clearcoat. It was my brother in law who clearcoated the objects.

I even put small flakes in the paint, a little like the IronMan helmet. So I was very excited to see the finished result, but I never got any pictures from it.

That is also the reason why I bought a new HVLP spraygun for future projects. I also just recieved a high gloss, solvent resistant lacquer. So I should be ready now in the future :D

Wow that looks incredible! Even your first pieces looks great! I don't do airbrushing my self, but I certainly think it looks fantastic :)

Thanks :D

I've read your welcome message, and due to your hands, maybe you should consider getting into airbrush art. It is a lot more gentle to your arms and hands. Maybe even combine the two.

Just a suggestion :P

Well yes ch-art. I do believe it was at that very same time you stumbled over the cord for the playstation, and smashed into the coffee table :D I didn't even understand the idea of the drawing it self, so i kindda quit the thought of even trying the paintgun-thingy :D

The outline work is something that I also had to get used to. It's so much different from simple drawing work and tattooing, especially because you don't have the same support to your hands.

But it is manageable, with a little time and patience of course. Initially you have to put some effort into learning the ways of the airbrush, but the rewards are so much greater and sweeter than anything else :D

So yeah, She really should give it another try :D

This is my third work on a canvas, it's 60*40cm in size, so it's pretty small :D
