Very well done! The face seems to miss a bit shading/rounding/shadow-highlight, but that might be the lighting on the reference photo...
But its a very good painting!

very nice, i especially like the area arownd the nose, the composition is really good, there is something about her right eye (from her wiev) i think the iris needs a bit of softening.
