Different portraits

These are some of my tryouts I want you to judge. They were made on canvas or paper with use of acrylic paints.

They are very good. You say you would like comments. In order to Comment it, i would like to know which style you want to paint in :-) is it cartoony, realistic , photorealistic or just "it is what it is" :-)

I do my best to make them as realistic as possible. But my goal is to learn to draw portraits photorealistic. As for the last one, it was computer game personage, so it can't be realy realistic from the begining. If you all can give me some good advices and point my mistakes, I'll be very grateful.

Hi again.

I will make notes to all of them in one. To achieve a realistic look there a things you need to remember.

-For examble; when you create hair, it is very important that you dont make all the strokes too even and in the same direction. They are not in real life.

- A good idea is to not try to make the fece symmetric, we rearly are

- Be aware of how the colors works together/on top of each other

- colors in realistic paintings are always in the inner circle of the colorwheel

- It is a good idea to remeber that the lines we dont put in are the lines that gives the best effect.

I hope you can benefit from these advices.
